Our products are digital, self-guided educational resources designed for reflection, self-awareness and emotional clarity. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
Digital Product Policy
The Desire Pattern Kit and any related digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, customers receive access to the digital files through the email address provided at checkout, through a download link, or through the digital delivery system used by our store.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, personal preference, or dissatisfaction based on expected personal results.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund only in limited cases, including:
A duplicate purchase of the same product by mistake.
A technical issue that prevents access to the purchased digital product and cannot be resolved by our support team.
A failure to receive the digital product due to a delivery issue that is not caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.

You purchased the product but did not use it.

You entered an incorrect email address and did not contact us for correction.
You downloaded, accessed or used the digital product and then requested a refund without a technical issue.
