Desire Patterns sells digital, self-guided educational products. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated on the product page.
This Digital Delivery Policy explains how our digital products are delivered after purchase.
Digital Products
Our products may include digital kits, ebooks, workbooks, assessments, reflection prompts, downloadable files, written guides and other digital resources.
The Desire Pattern Kit and any related digital products are delivered electronically.
No printed book, physical package or physical product will be sent to your address.
Delivery Method
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:
A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
A confirmation email containing access instructions.
A customer account or digital delivery page, when available.
A digital delivery system connected to our Shopify store.
Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible.
Delivery Time
Digital products are usually delivered shortly after successful payment confirmation.
In most cases, access is sent automatically within a few minutes.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to payment review, email delays, technical issues, spam filtering or third-party service delays.
If you have not received your digital product within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first.

File Compatibility
Our digital products may be provided in formats such as PDF or other commonly used digital file types.
Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, browser, software or app to open the files.
If you are unable to open a file, please contact us and we will try to help you identify the issue.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, we do not charge physical shipping fees.
We do not provide tracking numbers, courier updates or postal delivery information for digital products.
Any address collected at checkout may be used for billing, tax, payment verification, fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes.
Failed Delivery
If digital delivery fails due to a technical issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to your purchase.
If we are unable to provide access after reasonable support attempts, your order may be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
Refunds and Digital Delivery
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded.
